How does the trial work?
The launch offer includes a 14-day self-service trial with all features and no card required. Your trial starts when you create your account. Try your own data and export your work before choosing a subscription. There is no automatic charge when the trial ends.

What happens when my trial ends?
Under the trial terms, your saved work and backups remain accessible. Further analysis and report editing require a subscription. You can return to your existing account and subscribe after the trial ends, or contact conor@researchvelocity.co.uk for help.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
Paid subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or annually according to your plan. Cancel before your next renewal to stop the next payment. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Are any features reserved for a higher plan?
No. Both billing options include all features. Prices are per user.
Is my data uploaded?
Importing a file for browser analysis does not upload it to Velocity. Office exports download locally. Google Workspace exports send selected content to Google; a data sheet can include respondent rows. AI assistants and MCP clients handle prompts and tool results under their own settings.
